The article presents a research that investigates the role of central nervous system (CNS) and immune system on disease pathogenesis in Great Britain. It states that the automimmunity and inflammation contribute to the complicated pathogenic cascades in lysosomal storage diseases. Moreover, the other forms of lysosomal dysfunction are also mentioned.
